Exercise

So...I decided to get back on the Wii Fit this week (Monday, in fact). I didn't realize I'd gained that much back since a couple months ago. So anyway...my legs hurt from lunges, but that means it's working, right? I am going walking with a friend super early in the morning...6:15! But I need to. I hope I can really commit to losing weight this time. So many times already this year I've started and then fell off. Wish me luck!

  1. I understand. I think my weight is a constant yo-yo. I was cleaning out some stuff today and found handwritten food logs from 4 years ago in an attempt to watch my caloric intake...its strange how this is a CONSTANT battle now. And its so hard to stick with!
